Knowing what good golf looks like and being able to produce it are different problems. This part is about closing that gap: how to practice effectively rather than just repeatedly, how physical fitness and mobility translate into swing capability, and how to work with instruction and fitting in a way that produces lasting change rather than temporary improvement. Most recreational golfers practice less efficiently than they could — and the inefficiency compounds over time into a ceiling that feels like talent but is mostly method.
